Over the past few months, I've been playing around with wild colour combinations in some of my illustrations. None of these were worth sharing, even though I really enjoyed making the process and the colours.
Inspiration hit me some time last week, when I realised I could use those colours in my landscapes. Now I'm no stranger to trying odd colours in my vintage-style landscape posters, much like the artists did back in the day, yet these colours were something else entirely…
There's barely a hint of reality in these! The colours are in fact so special, I've decided to do something I've never done with my landscapes and offer them as limited edition prints.
These are very limited to just 15* prints of each, all signed and numbered by me.
The prints are on 300 gsm pH neutral conservation paper using archival inks. This means that not only are the colours very rich and deep, but the print will also have a very long lifespan.
To reflect the quality and their very limited edition number, each print is £32.50.
To begin with, I am offering five prints in this new fabulous style, based on some of my most popular landscapes. I really hope that you like them!
If these prove to be popular, I have plans to add more to the range. There are currently 79 views in my landscape range and I hope to do more in this style, continuing with the next most popular views.
However, if you have a particular favourite that you'd like to see in this style, please let me know. I'd love to add in whatever is most-requested.
