My order hasn't arrived yet!

Hiya friends, customers and supporters

I, like you, am a bit worried that some of the things I ordered as Christmas presents haven't yet arrived. Over the last few days I've had a lot of people contacting my with similar worries. 

Royal Mail are doing their best to get your order to you as fast as they can. Presently, it seems that most orders are taking at least ten days to arrive after their posting date.

Even though a larger than usual seasonal increase was expected because of the covid restrictions, the extent of it has taken us all by surprise. For the first twelve days of December I worked ten to fourteen hours a day to get orders sent as quickly as I could and I am certain that Royal Mail are working similarly hard.

A statement from Royal Mail:

We're working hard to meet our usual delivery aims.  If we can’t – because of the continued effects of Coronavirus on our people and ways of working – we’ll deliver as soon as possible.  Between now and Christmas, we’re delivering parcels up until 9.00pm and you may get two deliveries in one day.  Sorry for any inconvenience.
