Thank you

I'm very happy – and relived – to announce that I've just finished processing the last batch of orders that I'll be posting this year. Over those twelve months, my Indy Prints shop has received a little under 3,000 orders – over a third of which has been in the past four weeks. It's been an intense time and I am massively grateful to everyone who has made a purchase or otherwise supported me during this festive season.

With the challenging political situation in the UK, 2020 was a difficult year even before Covid hit. I feel lucky that I've only lost a third of my income through this time. I know other artists have not been so fortunate. There's never been a more important time to support creators, sole traders and small businesses. Like so many others, I did my bit by buying almost all of my Christmas presents from local individual creators.

For all of you who like what I make, who chose to support me and who placed your trust in me to get your orders to you for what is going to be a strange Christmas, thank you! I truly could not be here doing this without all your support and it means the world to me.

I'm going to take what I hope you'll agree is a well-earned break now. I will be back to posting orders out in January. I hope you all have a merry Christmas and a happy new year.

Lang may yer lum reek!
