About this location
Home to the Glasgow Museum of Transport, the building opened in 2011 and is in the top five visitor attractions in Scotland. The Glenlee was built in Port Glasgow in 1896 and after spending much of her life as a training ship, returned to Glasgow in 1993, where she was fully restored.
The artwork
The drawing takes inspiration from vintage travel posters, particularly the ones created during the inter-war period. It is offered in a choice of natural colours, or artistic ones that fully explore the creative legacy of those gorgeous old posters.
