The broken walls of Urquhart Castle – small mounted print
"They make you pay to go inside and see some broken walls."
Located on the western shore of Loch Ness near the village of Drumnadrochit, the ruins of this castle date from the 13th to 16th century. It was partly destroyed to prevent it being used by Jacobites in 1692 and deteriorated from then on. It is now one of the most-visited castles in the country.
